Return Approval Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Please email info@glogirlboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request return authorization.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Be returned within 7 days of approval

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)

  • Bodysuits, intimate wear, or swimwear

  • Items marked Final Sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit or
  • Original payment method (depending on the situation)

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
